You don’t have to do it alone.

I offer life coaching for people who are navigating complicated grief, overwhelming clutter, or major life transitions.

You can have some help while you figure out what to do next. We’ll work together through thoughtful conversations, asking powerful questions, and discerning your next practical steps.

If you’re decluttering your home, I can coach you while you work. We meet on Zoom while you sort through your items, talk through decisions, and let go of the things that no longer serve your life.

Over time, clients tell me that they move from feeling overwhelmed and paralyzed with indecision to feeling clear about what’s important to them and confident about their next steps.

Who This is For

You might be here because clutter, grief, or change are overwhelming right now.

Maybe you’re:

  • Going through a major life transition

  • Confronted with mountains of clutter

  • Grieving and confused

Coaching sessions with me will give you a safe place to talk through your thoughts, feelings, and options.

What coaching with me is like:

Coaching with me is designed to help you find your way. I use non-coercive methods that trust your wisdom even as I offer you tools and support when you need them. These coaching sessions are designed to facilitate your progress forward, provide companionship along the way, and help you discover insights you never knew you had.

A note about complicated grief:

It’s important to know that the term “complicated grief” can be used to mean different things. In psychology, “complicated grief” means intractable grief after a death. This is the sort of thing that psychologists and other mental health professionals can work with you on. When I say complicated grief, I mean grief that is confusing and layered. What do you do when something bad happens to a family member who’s hurt you many times in the past? What do you do when you’re grieving a life event but you’re suspiciously happy about said life event? This is the kind of complicated grief that I’m here to help you with.
