I’m Wendy. I’m a coach, teacher, and lifelong student of how people design the best lives for themselves. For years, I’ve helped people in reflective spaces, helping them explore their purpose, identity, and creativity.

I use methods that help people feel seen, respected, and able to think and speak honestly.

My practice is LGBTQ+ Friendly, Poly-Friendly, and welcoming to people with ADHD or autism.

Working with me is simple.

   We’ll meet for a twenty-minute call via Zoom to see if we feel like a good fit.

2. Meet for regular weekly coaching sessions

   We’ll meet regularly online for coaching conversations or decluttering sessions.

3. Find your way

   Over time, you’ll learn helpful thinking tools, understand yourself and your experience, and have insights about what you want to do next.
